1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the bte88 website and any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the bte88 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bte88 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between you and bte88 relating to the subject matter hereof.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the bte88 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to online casino-style gambling.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of each gaming session.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of bte88 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the bte88 Platform for any reason.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

bte88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on bte88, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all bte88 accounts:

• One account per person. Each individual may hold only one active bte88 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. bte88 is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.
• Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bte88 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. bte88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• KYC verification. bte88 may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include a valid passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or UMID card.
• Account closure. bte88 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bte88 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• bte88 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. bte88 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• bte88 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which bte88 accepts no responsibility.
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount.
• bte88 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, fraud checks, or investigation of suspected Terms violations.
• All funds held in your bte88 account are held for gaming purposes only and do not accrue interest.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bte88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bte88 promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. bte88 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and free spins are valid for a limited period as specified in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds or spins will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• bte88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software, or exploiting technical errors, will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the bte88 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, or fraudulent activity in connection with any game offered on bte88.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology underlying the bte88 Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information to bte88 at any time, including during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing any third party to use your bte88 account, or using any third party's account.

bte88 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the bte88 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design, is the exclusive property of bte88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the bte88 Platform without the prior written consent of bte88.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bte88 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if bte88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bte88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. bte88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bte88 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bte88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Responsible Gaming

bte88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• The bte88 Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. bte88 enforces this requirement through mandatory age verification during registration and at any subsequent point deemed necessary.
• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits from their bte88 account settings at any time. Once set, limits may be reduced immediately but increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Players who wish to take a break from gaming may use the self-exclusion tool available in their bte88 account. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion.
• bte88 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where it identifies patterns of play that suggest problem gambling behaviour.

10. Amendments

bte88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bte88 will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the bte88 Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bte88 Platform shall first be submitted to bte88's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies having jurisdiction under Philippine law.
